What to have ready
- Wire type or the jacket print from a sample
- Gauge or size, and voltage rating if known
- Approximate footage and number of spools
- Where the material is stored and what can load it
- Photographs of reel tags and cable ends
For large inventories
If you are holding a complete storeroom, a branch closeout or a plant closure, mention it when you call. Those transactions are scheduled differently from single-reel purchases and usually involve an inspection before a firm offer.
