Lake City is a city in Florence County and one of the municipalities we serve in the Pee Dee. It has a population of roughly 5,903. Lake City is a Florence County agricultural and manufacturing center with a growing arts and commercial district, producing building wire and service cable. By population it ranks 2nd of the 9 incorporated municipalities in the county, about 11% of their combined total.
The county is the commercial center of the Pee Dee, with healthcare, distribution and manufacturing, and its surplus cable reflects that mix. We purchase from Lake City sellers on a line-item basis, so you can sell part of an inventory and keep the rest.
From Lake City we regularly buy building wire, feeder conductor and conveyor control cable. The sellers are hospitals, distributors and contractors, and partial reels are as welcome as factory-sealed ones.

The selling process for Lake City sellers
Start with a call or a form
Both reach the same buying desk. Have a reel tag or a jacket print nearby if you can.
We confirm what the cable is
Type, size, voltage class and footage are established from tags, print or measurement, and condition is assessed from photographs.
Agree on the items to sell
The offer is itemized, so partial acceptance is normal. Keep the reels you still need.
We collect and pay
Freight is arranged around your access and loading equipment. Collection is scheduled across the Pee Dee and combined with nearby stops when a lot is small, which keeps freight practical.
